Stepwize uses the device camera to allow users to record workflows and create step-by-step operational guides. Camera access is only activated when the user explicitly initiates a recording session. Stepwize does not access the camera in the background.

Recorded videos and generated guides may be accessible to other authorised members of your organisation on the Stepwize platform. Stepwize stores data on secured cloud infrastructure. Uploads are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to stored data is restricted to authorised personnel and organisation members.
Data is retained for as long as the user account is active or as required to provide the service. Users or organisation administrators may request deletion of their account and associated data (recordings, guides, activity) at any time by contacting: contact@stepwize.fr.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Certain data may be retained beyond this period where required by law or for legitimate security purposes, such as fraud prevention logs.
Stepwize is intended for professional use by adults. The application is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
