This page explains how users of the Stepwize Android application can request the deletion of their account and all associated personal data. Stepwize is committed to respecting your privacy and giving you full control over your data.

2. How to Request Deletion

Once received, your request will be verified and processed by our team. You will receive a confirmation reply when the deletion is complete.

Guides or recordings shared with and actively used by other members of your organisation may be subject to a separate review before deletion, to avoid disruption to your team.

5. Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. In most cases, deletion is completed significantly sooner. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been fully removed.
